在程序里到是可以用window.open()实现
你可以做个转向页面，进入后弹出全屏页面，关闭转向页面
要不然你可以编写一个“全屏、没x”的浏览器程序，别人输入你的地址就强行下载并且安装
，直到自动重启并覆盖ie。
